Typically you have 15 days to have an inspection done after signing the contract on your new home. During the inspection process, the seller will make the home available for mechanical, air quality, radon, pool, and pest inspection. Depending on which contract, will depend on how much time you have to submit a request for any repairs or mediation that may be needed. The sellers will typically have a few days to respond as well.
